Robert Hodgson – Founder and President

Robert’s integrity, self awareness, respect, and compassion, along with his qualified experience and vast knowledge of property maintenance and repairs has generated the trust and confidence of his clients, attesting strong relationships, continuous services and their endorsements. Robert is also an active member of Theatre Collingwood, and has an avid interest in the arts.

Calum Parrot – Construction Service Manager

Calum’s construction talents are just the few qualifications he holds in his role.
He keeps a keen vision of achievable goals and provides encouragement and positive feedback to all members of the team.
He is certified in Working from Heights, First Aid as well as Boom Lift and Scissor Lift Operator.
Calum is devoted to his family, and notwithstanding his demanding work timelines manages to uphold a work/life balance.

Jason Booth – Senior Service Technician

Jason has evolved into his role as Senior Service Technician through his knowledge and development over his years in various capacities.
His patient demeanor provides the essential quality to coach and train the newer technicians, not only on job requirements, but also on the professionalism necessary to relate with the clients and their requests.
He is certified in Working from Heights, First Aid, Boom Lift, and Scissor Lift Operator. Jason’s electrical background is just one of his many construction skills.
His artistic abilities are quite distinct in his photographic flair.

Mike Robins – Service Technician

Mike is well-versed in numerous renovation skills and projects, such as tiling, plumbing, drywall, and exterior hardscape work, to name a few.
He has a wide range of interests and is eager to learn new services.  He works well on his own as well as with a team.
Clients are delighted with Mike’s personable and professional approach, and the results of his workmanship.

Michael Hobbs – Service Technician

Michael is quickly learning new tasks and their challenges on a daily basis and is achieving positive outcomes.
His background education and experience have guided him to make conscientious decisions when working alone and have enabled him to acquire new program knowledge and work ethics.
Michael is First Aid/CPR Trained and has WHMIS.

Taylor Jones – Service Technician

Taylor has some valuable experience in electrical, carpentry and plumbing, which is an asset to the team.
He completes his work in a timely manner, while interacting with the clients to ensure the work is to their satisfaction.
His congenial style is part of his successful communications with clients, homeowners, and our team.
Taylor is trained at Working at Heights, hand and power tool adept and takes pride in his work.
He is also Emergency First Aid Certified.

Nicole Amato – Service Technician

Nicole takes ownership of every task assigned to her with enthusiasm and goes above and beyond the call.
Her multi-tasking proficiencies come naturally as does her ability to stay on schedule.
Nicole’s technical awareness enables her to work well on her own, and she is excited to work with all the team.
Her management experience is one quality that delivers a confidence to clients and trades in terms of her capabilities and knowledge.

Cathi Ireland – Office Administrator

Cathi has numerous years of administrative and client experience practices, in the capacity of Office Manager, Customer Care, Project Administrator/Coordinator with a focus on client care and satisfaction.
Her knowledge of construction procedures is an asset to the organization, assisting Management with various duties.
